I am an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate with over six years of experience in SaaS support, testing, and systems analysis. I specialise in maintaining and improving complex applications - ensuring they're secure, reliable, and efficient - while exploring opportunities to automate and scale through cloud technologies.

My background spans AWS and multiple SaaS ecosystems, giving me a strong foundation in both infrastructure and application-level troubleshooting. Im experienced in using developer tools and cloud services to enhance integrations, optimise performance, and support continuous delivery.

I thrive at the intersection of support, development, and cloud operations, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver well-engineered, customer-focused solutions.

My Journey

My passion for problem-solving and improving systems grew from years of working in SaaS support, where I learned the importance of reliability, efficiency, and clear communication. Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens behind the scenes - how applications are built, deployed, tested, and maintained.

That curiosity led me deeper into engineering. I earned my AWS Solutions Architect certification and began designing and deploying real-world cloud solutions, exploring automation, monitoring, and scalability.

Today, I am focused on applying that same curiosity to roles that bridge support, testing, and cloud engineering - helping teams deliver stable, high-performing applications while continuously improving the processes that support them.
